How much does the stock cost?

All our products and pricing can be viewed on our website.

Where is your store?

Dainty Dot Wear is mostly an ONLINE STORE and all orders can be placed on www.ddwear.co.za. You will receive your order via our courier company (The Courier Guy).

We do keep a few stock at hand. You can contact us should you want to come through and we will send you the address.

We do allow and encourage fittings.

Weekends: CLOSED

Yes you can contact us on 072 706 2632 should you want to come and see what we have on hand and fit some items.

Closed on weekends.

 

Do you have everything that is on your website at your store?

No, we are mostly an Ecommerce Store.

It would be impossible for us to keep 2000+ items in stock in over 5 size and colours each.

We do keep limited stock at our physical store.

How do you know what we have IN STORE:

If you click on your size and it says IN STORE then we have it available at Passi Decor & Gifts (limited quantity). If it says Delivery: 10-15 Working days then it is on PRE-ORDER and you will receive it within that timeframe

How to place an order?

1. Select the item that you would like

2. Select your SOUTH AFRICA size as indicated with each item (do not upsize or downsize please)

3. Add to your cart

4. Navigate to your cart in the top right hand corner of DD Wear Online Store

4. Select Checkout

5. Follow the checkout procedures

6. When payment is successful you will receive your Order number on the Email provided by you. We will also receive your order and start to process it.

7. Online orders take 10-15 Working days (unless with the rare occasion of delays at customs or courier companies).

8. We will mail you as soon as we received your items from our factory and have booked The Courier Guy and mail you the tracking number. So please check your mails regularly.

9. We will mail you should there be any delays so that you can stay updated (but it does not happen often).

 

It has been longer than 24 hours and I have not yet received my ORDER number?

Please make sure you have entered your correct email address with no spelling mistakes. You will not receive your order number if you mail address is entered incorrectly.

Please look in your junk mail folder as emails often go there instead of to your inbox. When placing your order you would have immediately received a copy of your order and an order number.

Please make sure that your payment went through successfully. You will not receive an order number/invoice if your payment was not successful.

Please email us at info@ddwear.co.za if you are uncertain or if you still did not receive your order number.

How long does it take to receive my parcel?

Once payment is cleared we place the order.

Our Warehouse is International based and all orders takes between 10-15 days (working days, excluding weekends and Public Holidays)). We take 1-2 days to process all orders once we receive them from the warehouse and courier it via Courier Guy straight to you (2-4 Working days). Delivery time does not include processing time.  In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock. You will be notified via Email where you can choose another item of the same value or ask for store credit or refund. Please note that once the shipment leaves the factory it is in the hands of courier companies and customs. There might be delays at times due to customs and or the courier company or global pandemics such as Covid-19. But we are trying our best to get shipments here as fast as possible and on time. If Dainty Dot Wear is responsible for sending damaged items/incorrect item/size that was ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by Dainty Dot Wear as per our return policy. Dainty Dot Wear takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer can opt for a refund less delivery fee, or to pay an additional delivery fee for a re-delivery

Covid-19 restrictions might also cause delays with shipments.

We use The Courier Guy for all our national shipping.

Please feel free to mail us if you have not heard from us and want to enquire about your shipment if we are past the 2-4 weeks, but we will also keep you updated if there are any delays. info@ddwear.co.za

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately with the high fuel prices we cannot offer Free Shipping at this stage with all the Couriers prices that also went up.

Do you allow for exchanges/refunds?

Return/Exchange Policy:

Our return policy is a guideline. We encourage a customer centric approach where we deal with each query individually, keeping the interest of the customer in mind.

Delivery Details

Dainty Dot Wear make use of Door to Door courier via The Courier Guy.

All orders will be processed after payment is cleared.

All Clothing delivery is from our INTERNATIONAL warehouse. Delivery will take anywhere from 10-15 days (working days) (Weekends and public holidays excluded). 1-3 Working days locally with Courier Guy. It might be earlier depending on the amount of orders we receive during that week. As our business grows over time , we will be able to commit to less delivery time, but we need your help to do so 😊

SILLY SEASON:  PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR. WE ARE CLOSED OVER THIS PERIOD AND ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER TO REACH YOU.

In some cases, due to the nature of the online store, overselling may occur and the item may be out of stock.  We will send you an email and you can choose another item of the same value or ask for a credit/refund.

Please take note on rare occasions there may be a slight delay due to custom clearance or warehouse delays.  Delivery time does not include processing time.

Dainty Dot Wear takes no responsibility for returned packages with incorrectly provided addresses. Should a package return – customer will have to pay an additional delivery fee for a re-delivery.

Delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery go out Monday through Friday, not including public holidays.

Orders with incorrect billing information, or requiring additional verification, will be delayed.

In the case of returned delivery, the customer is responsible for any and all additional fees incurred for delivery.

Unfortunately, shipping cost CAN NOT be refunded.

 

Payment

We make use of 2 payments hosts for your convenience.

Payfast and Payflex (should you want to pay in installments)

Instant EFT is also available.

Payments are secure and encrypted and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Can I arrange for Pick UP of my order?

We only make use of Couriers and they delivery Door to Door.

 

Refunds on order not delivered

Customs might detain any shipment and any given time and it make take anything from 48-72 working hours or more. Dainty Dot Wear can not be held responsible for any actions of a third party. The order has been placed by us and paid for.

Should customs detain it for a period longer than 60 working days you can opt for a refund then. See Refund Policy on Home page.

Cancellation of an order that has been finalized, will incur a 35% handling fee – as stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act, Dainty Dot Wear reserves the right to do so. The Consumer Protection Act excludes “Buyer’s Remorse” and Dainty Dot Wear reserves the right to reject refunds due to “Buyer’s Remorse” or “Change of Heart”.  Cancellations due to “Not realizing our turnaround time of 10-15 working days”, is considered “Change of Heart” and will incur 35% handling fee for cancellation.
